We are seeking an ambitious, motivated and highly organised HR Associate to join our team in Ghana. They will lead on HR elements of Rising’s operations across Ghana, ensuring labor law compliance, supporting staff recruitment and onboarding, and standardizing systems and practices to ensure the company is delivering at its highest potential.
The HR Associate will:
- Ensure Rising meets the highest standards of compliance on all HR matters for our Ghana work.
- Ensure adequate systems and controls relating to the administration of payroll.
- Create high-quality induction and probation systems for all new staff.
- Develop outstanding internal systems to track staff data and help Rising optimise its performance.
- Ensure Rising’s recruitment methods are best in class.
- Support teams at all levels of the organisation to understand and comply with HR regulations and organisational policies.
- Proactively identify and communicate potential system improvements.
- Apply key learnings across Rising’s international school network.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration (Human Resource Management) or relevant field; further training will be a plus'.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR and with proven working experience.
