Value Engineering | India Your Mission: UiPath is looking for highly talented and motivated professionals to join the UiPath Value Engineering team in India. As a VE principal, your role will be to develop business value drivers, ROI/TCO models, benchmarking tools, and thought leadership content to enable our sales teams to have value-based conversations with customers. You will also be creating business value driven sales proposals for potential customers utilizing publicly available material. This position reports to the VP of Value Engineering.This is what you’ll do at UiPath
Research and document various industry and functional process specific value drivers for UiPath solutions.
Develop ROI/TCO models showing how UiPath solutions create business value for customers in different industries and in different functional processes.
Build business cases for UiPath solutions for various US based companies utilizing publicly available material.
Continuously innovate value discovery framework including market and industry competitive analysis and specific UiPath value drivers.
Build and maintain process benchmarking program to Provision the value discovery and measurement initiatives.
Develop thought leadership content to enable value-based conversations in sales cycles and as contribution to UiPath white papers and articles.
This is what you’ll bring to our team
Master’s degree in Finance or MBA required
A minimum of 5 years of experience working in a software or consulting company in a sales support or consultant capacity
Preferably at least 1 year of experience in value selling/consulting for a software solutions business
Proficiency in at least one industry and one functional process (preferably in Finance, Administration, Customer Service or Sales and Operations area)
Strong problem solving, quantitative analysis and financial modeling skills
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Experience with automation software/processes preferred
