Role overview

As a Sales Coordinator at Elephant, you will be central to the sale of our software to clinics across Ghana. You will also be providing aftercare support to facilities that are already users of Elephant Software by providing day to day technical support. You will report directly to the Business Development Manager, Ghana

You will set KPIs and structures to achieve maximum results and efficiency within the sales

team. You will facilitate the training of any new sales recruits. You will also assist and in some case support in launching new facilities within Ghana.

Responsibilities

As a Sales Coordinator you will be required to:

  • Deliver on set monthly sales targets within your designated territory
  • Oversee all sales activities within the territory
  • Assess the strengths and weaknesses of the sales team and manage the sales program accordingly.
  • Generate leads and directly sell elephant OS within the territory.
  • Provide daily reports of field sales success and challenges backed by data to your superior.
  • Provide aftercare support to facilities and customers signed on to Elephant IOS to provide day to day customer support
  • Assist in revenue collection across your sales territory
