Job Description
Life.io is looking for a content reviewer based in Ghana to help us analyze and prepare our content library for localization. We are seeking a copywriting professional native to Ghana with a depth of knowledge of the financial systems and products in Ghana. Experience with localization projects is preferred, but not required.
This person will read our content library in English (roughly 250,000 words) and prepare a comprehensive report on how we might localize the content for a Native Ghanian audience. We are looking for insights into the relatability of the content, as well as information about cultural norms, personal finance and lifestyle habits, and language changes that may be necessary.
This report will be used to inform our larger localization project. It is a one-time project paid a negotiable project fee TBD.
Requirements
- Deep knowledge of Ghanian life. Based in Ghana preferred.
- Excellent writer and communicator with research skills to match.
- Enthusiastic reader/reviewer of finance, health, and mindset topics. We need someone who is interested in personal service and self-improvement and can help advise us on translating our lens for an audience in Ghana.
- Knowledge of financial literacy and Ghana’s banking system and economy.
- Experience with localization is a plus!
