The Role
The Business Analyst elicits and analyzes business and functional requirements to solve complex problems. These requirements and solutions are clearly and concisely detailed in requirements specifications. The analyst will play an active role in the Agile project team and perform acceptance testing to validate the high-level functionality of solutions. It is critical for the analyst to build subject matter expertise in our solutions.
The successful candidate should have a strong background in mobile and web systems and should be comfortable with lots of moving pieces and learning new technologies amp; systems. They should have exquisite attention to detail and take pride in writing stellar requirement specifications. The position can be based either in Johannesburg, South Africa or Accra, Ghana and will report directly to the General Manager: Homeland. The role is a 6-month contract.
