Here's what you would be doing at UiPath:
  • Create and execute a high-volume weekly cadence plan for outbound prospecting into new accounts. This is an acquisition role at its heart, and you should love finding customer problems to solve with our solutions.
  • Overachieve quarterly sales targets
  • Analyse the territory/market and develop sales strategies that maximise UiPath’s value to our customers and, therefore, the revenue potential of your patch
  • Increase the value that UiPath brings to existing customers through increasing yearly usage and broadening platform use into other UiPath products
  • Develop a detailed prospecting plan to identify and target stakeholders across the accounts in your region
  • Promptly following up on any Inbound Leads either direct from potential customers or through our extensive Partner network.
  • Evangelise UiPath’s brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling UiPath solutions by leveraging a value selling approach
  • Educate customers on how UiPath solutions can benefit them financially and professionally
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory
  • Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations
  • Partner with the Customer Success Manager group to ensure your customers receive maximum value from their UiPath experience, including expediting customer issues as they arise
  • Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, sales activity, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
What you will bring
  • 4+ years of software or related sales experience
  • Track record of successful prospecting into net new accounts
  • Research and data driven approach to territory planning
  • Successful Revenue Quota and KPI attainment
  • Ability to communicate new and complicated concepts in an easy to understand way that creates a high level of desire for the solution
  • High aptitude for cross functional collaboration and cross functional influence internally and externally
  • Strong ability to navigate a client organisation and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership
  • Provide valuable insights into how to improve the customers’ business operations
  • Self-starter who understands all aspects of what it takes to manage a successful territory as part of a wider team
  • Experience with Channel and Partner engagement
  • Proactively identify opportunities from business led discussions
  • Proven ability to lead technology driven discussion with senior customer personnel
  • Alignment with core values of UiPath
