Who we’re looking for:
  • The Product Marketing, Specialist is accountable for leading UiPath that is responsible for the revenue, marketing share, impressions, satisfaction based on our all products/services in Japan. This roll have to understand, orchestrate, and influence customer campaigns, marketing activities, and deliver product, solutions and customer campaign feedback to the business. Alongside their team, they must develop strong partnerships across marketing, partner, services and sales to lead and execute both the in-year fiscal priorities, while ensuring that we are building sustainable motions/capabilities to drive longer-term success.

  • In addition to driving the business forward, a successful candidate is required to build and maintain a strong understanding of the product set, specifically at evangelist level(200-300), and a deep understanding of customer solutions and strategies and end-to-end market ecosystem. In addition, they must be able to articulate the local competitive landscape and develop local compete strategies and product differentiation by leveraging corporate and local research, partner insights and customer feedback.
Integrated Planning:
  • Build depth of understanding of key audiences, including audience segmentation, their attitudes and purchase behaviors
  • Develop and evangelize internally product strategy
  • Drive execution of product roadmap and product launches
  • Engage with sales in account and territory planning to ensure opportunities are identified in plans
  • Develop competitive tactics to drive target market share gains
  • Influence and orchestrate, across segments, across disciplines (i.e. sales, marketing, services, partners) and between the Japan and corporate
  • Determine a common set of key performance indicators for marketing activities in collaboration with other teams (i.e. segment marketing, central marketing organization, other business groups)
  • Ensure the product/service strategy is represented in plans to drive growth and share
Business Insight amp; Rhythm of the Business:
  • Accountable for the business goals and targets of all products/services (revenue, market share, impression and satisfaction).
  • Track success key performance indicators for rhythm of the business and put in place correction of errors
  • Lead preparation for business reviews and meetings from products/services perspective.
  • Participate in meetings with stakeholders to share learnings and current state of the business
Product/Solution Evangelism:
  • Maintain product knowledge and be the voice of all products/services value proposition to customers, partners and the market.
  • Lead relevant contents readiness, such as customer benefits, customer stories, competitive differentiators and value of the product roadmap supporting all sales/marketing activities, including those owned by other teams
  • Partner with segment teams to drive customer and partner readiness and product evangelism
  • Assess the overall ecosystem (internal sales, Partner sales, connected sales and marketing motions) and establish changes needed to build a sustainable compete muscle against our prioritized competitors.

  • Actively engage across key stakeholders supporting a whole of UiPath to execute programs/campaigns/produc
