What You Will Do at UiPath
UiPath’s challenge is incredibly fast growth on a global scale: the Head of People Operations - Japan will be required to think global from day one and design and implement scalable people operations guidelines for a rapidly expanding headcount to set employees up for success.
Specifically, the focus will be on developing total rewards strategy, organizational and talent development programs, as well as a leadership development function. Talent Acquisition also reports into the Head of People Operations, but is already a well-oiled machine.
You will continue to shape the community, morale, and culture of UiPath, with a constant focus on their mission to make work more inspiring for humanity, as well as their values that are based on transparency, inclusiveness, and humbleness.
As the most senior representative of the People Operations organization in the region, you will also act as the organization’s strategic HR business partner, advising the management team on all People-related topics and how to align People strategic to the business’s goals.
You will also be the face of UiPath in the market, building an employer brand that attracts the world’s best and brightest to a company that will shape the future of work for the world.
You will work seamlessly with global people organization to harmonize to global operations and adapt to local requirements.
What You Will Bring to our team
Background with numerous end to end HR experience in in-house at a B2B technology company.
You must be hands-on with daily HR activities and have the attitude of leading from the front as a manager
You have experienced high triple-digit headcount and revenue growth, year after year, and have built People Operations procedures and guidelines that withstand these stresses.
Owned the overall strategy for setting up HR systems, company structures, and teams in the above fast-growth technology environment.
Great leadership values and cultural fit: clear-minded, patient, systems-thinker, enjoys working in an engineering-heavy and data-driven culture.
Currently located in Japan, but with international experience so familiar with the challenges of setting up very localized HR agendas that adapt to each market and how to structure the HR organization accordingly.
Effectively working in a global organization and building relationship with HR colleagues globally
Preferably experience in overseeing General Affairs
