Here's what you would be doing at UiPath:
Create and execute a weekly cadence plan for outbound prospecting into new accounts. This is an acquisition role at its heart, and you should love finding customer problems to solve with our solutions.
Analyse the territory/market and develop sales strategies that maximise UiPath’s value to our customers and, therefore, the revenue potential of your patch
Overachieve quarterly sales targets
Increase the value that UiPath brings to existing customers through increasing yearly usage and broadening platform use into other UiPath products
Evangelise UiPath’s brand in the marketplace by presenting, promoting and selling UiPath solutions by leveraging a value selling approach
Promptly following up on any Inbound Leads either direct from potential customers or through our extensive Partner network.
Educate customers on how UiPath solutions can benefit them financially and professionally
Develop a detailed prospecting plan to identify and target key stakeholders in each of your target accounts
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships in the territory
Develop trusted relationships with local partners and global systems integrators to cultivate new opportunities and drive successful customer implementations
Partner with the Customer Success Manager group to ensure your customers receive maximum value from their UiPath experience, including expediting customer issues as they arise
Monitor the company’s industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
Supply management with reports on customer needs, sales activity, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
What you will bring
10+years of software sales with a focus on Enterprise and Commercial Accounts
Ability to communicate new and complicated concepts in an easy to understand way that creates a high level of desire for the solution
Successful quota attainment YoY and successful experience growing a commercial client portfolio
High aptitude for cross functional collaboration and cross functional influence internally and externally
Strong ability to navigate a client organisation and develop key points of contact in multiple departments and multiple levels of leadership
Provide valuable insights into how to improve the customers’ business operations
Self-starter who understands all aspects of what it takes to manage a successful territory as part of a wider team
Track record of prospecting into cold accounts
Research and data driven approach to account planning
History of working closely with channel partners
Proactively identify opportunities from business led discussions
Proven ability to lead technology driven discussion with senior customer personnel
Combination of Enterprise and Start Up experience preferred
