Scope of activities- Escalation point of contact for UiPath software support in pre-sales and post- sales stages- Provide professional services in workflow design and issue resolution for use of best client RPA solution- Onsite Firefighting with Top end Japanese customers (Trouble shooting skills across environments)- Escalation of bugs to product development team- 8:0020:00 support; Monday to Friday (You work based on fixed work shift and may be required to work either from 8:00 to 17:00 or from 11:00 to 20:00 depending on organization needs)- Stand by on weekend or holiday as per customers demand although it may not be frequent- Enhance customer support services through BPR and process automation- Act as a Technical Advisor for Top end customers as part of premium care support services, giving various technical advices to help customers’ RPA journey.What we expect from you (must have)- 3-7 years of technical experience (Development; Technical Support)- B.S. in Computer Science/or equivalent degree- 3-7 years of experience on .NET (C# or VB) or C++ Windows programming is a perfect match- Experience on Windows Sysinternal tool suite: mainly procmon, procdump, process explorer- Very good communication and customer presentation skill- Japanese language is a MUST- Business level written and spoken EnglishLife atUiPathlike a lot of startups, can sometimes feel like a roller coaster.
