Your Mission: As a Program Manager,you willwork closely with Asia Pacific (APAC) Go-To-Market (GTM) Leaders, multiple departments and engineering/product teams to lead a growing book of service engagements, ensuring automation engagements and initiatives are optimally resourced, solutioned and delivered within budget time, scope, quality, and cost constraints. Initially focused on South East Asia (SEA), you will simultaneously provide planning, management and leadership-by-example to multiple project and assigned teams of diverse talents drawn across the globe. You must be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment and not be discouraged or hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. Not only must you be able to develop and drive high-level strategic programs, but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done, whether process analysis, solution design, implementation review or client training.This is what you'll do at UiPath:
  • Facilitate the program and project delivery process and help manage scope and dependencies.
  • Own the full lifecycle of RPA and custom solutions and programs from presales to order, initiation to handover.
  • Provide outstanding services presales, solution design, programmatic, SME and resourcing support to GTM Leaders.
  • Ensure client and internal stakeholders are managed effectively and updated on progress with risks, dependencies and issues managed with risk registry and mitigated.
  • Attend and minute all program/project meetings and work closely with client RPA COE and Services PMO to ensure all services are delivered and automations are aligned with client strategic objectives so that time-cards and milestone completion forms are signed off promptly with invoicing initiated.
  • Develop detailed and effective plans and monitor all aspects of program / project / workstream lifecycle, including scope, change and release management.
  • Ensure all documentation and deliverables, including hands-on where necessary, are fit for purpose, follow UiPath recommended standards and of consistently high quality across engagements.
  • Coordinate and motivate internal resources and external subcontractors to deliver client outcomes as sold, including ensuring their availability and allocation.
  • Conduct internal and client-facing program/project status meetings and present such reports as required including progress against plan, billings, resource utilization, service credits drawdown and incurred costs.
  • Provide weekly status summary of all programs and projects assigned and escalate to management as needed.
  • Foster robust and trusted relationships with clients to enable future account sales, whether products or services.
  • Be customer and partner first.
  • Drive client references and document case studies including identifying and sharing new uses for UiPath.
This is what you'll bring to UiPath:
  • 5+ yearsof experience in client-facing technology project. Program or delivery managementrolesfocused on software development and systems integration, ideally in an RPA/AI role at a Global System Integrator or Big 4 or equivalent Consulting Practice.
  • Experience in various agile, waterfall, SLDC, hybrid methodologies and continuous integration.
  • High attention to detail and provenability to manage and deliver on multiple, competing and conflicting priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in building processes, program management, project management and release schedules on a global scale.
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and successfully delivering results in afast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions,recommendations,and drive decisions.
  • The abilityto work in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is desired.
  • Exceptional experience in adapting plans, schedules, WBS and resources to dynamically changing workstream patterns measured in days.
