As a Customer Service Agent in Optasia, you will be responsible for interacting with the company’s customers by addressing inquiries in French/English Languages and resolving complaints, generally providing a higher level of customer support on specific products and services.

What you will do

  • Interact with customers via WhatsApp chatbot, telephone, e-mail, in person or any other channel required to provide support and information on assigned products and services.
  • Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ concerns/complaints that may arise at any point.
  • Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions with details of inquiries, complaints, and feedbacks.
  • Apply knowledge of specific products, services, or other assigned area of expertise to answer customer inquiries.
  • Perform other related duties as may be assigned.

What you will bring

  • Fluency in English and French as well as active listening skill.
  • Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances.
  • Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software.
  • Knowledge in customer service, conflict management and ability to multitask.
  • Bachelor degree
  • Customer service experience required.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
  • Pro-activeness, accountability and results orientation
  • Flexible work attitude to fit a start-up environment
